Tidelle

Help

Can’t find your answer? Write to hi@tidelle.app — from the app (Settings › About › Report a problem) the app version is filled in for you.

Moving to a new phone

Your entries live only on your phone. Before switching, open Settings › Your data and either switch on Automatic backup to a folder you choose, or tap Export backup. On the new phone, install Tidelle, tap I already have a backup and pick the file. Backups work across Android and iPhone.

Reminders don’t arrive (or arrive late)

Importing from Clue, Flo or a spreadsheet

Export your data from the other app, then open Settings › Your data › Import from another app and choose the file. Tidelle reads Clue and Flo exports and any CSV with a date column. Days you already logged stay as they are.

Predictions look off

Predictions are estimates from your own past cycles. With one or two cycles logged they lean on your settings (Settings › My cycle); they get steadier with each period you log. In perimenopause or after giving birth, choose that goal so Tidelle reads your cycles the right way.

I’m pregnant

Congratulations! Choose Track my pregnancy in Settings › My cycle. Period predictions and reminders pause, and Tidelle points you to Plippo Baby. After the birth, choose After giving birth and enter your baby’s birth date.

Pro and restoring a purchase

Pro is a one-time purchase on Google Play or the App Store. On a new phone, or after reinstalling, tap Restore purchases on the Pro card or in Settings › About, signed in to the same store account. If a family member must approve the purchase, Pro unlocks as soon as it’s approved.

Deleting your data

Settings › Privacy › Delete all data erases all entries, settings and reminders on this phone. Saved backup files are separate files you can delete yourself.

Not medical advice

Tidelle is not a medical device and not a contraceptive method. If something worries you, talk to a doctor — the report in Settings › Your data can help.
