A reminder for your pill, ring, patch or injection

Tidelle reminds you of your pill pack (every day, 21 + 7, 24 + 4 or a custom pack), your ring, your patch or your injection. It reminds; it gives no medical advice.

On your phone, in your sound

Reminders are notifications made on your phone; nothing is sent anywhere. Pick the sound for each one. From the pill notification you can mark the pill as taken or have it come back in 30 minutes.

Discreet when you want it

With App lock on, a reminder just says “Reminder — Open the app to see it.”

What changes while a birth-control reminder is on

The pregnancy-chance markers in the calendar are not shown while birth-control reminders are on.

Other reminders

Tidelle can also remind you before your period, of your estimated fertile window, to log your day, and of a monthly breast self-exam. All reminders are free.

If a reminder arrives late

Allow notifications for Tidelle; on Android also allow Alarms & reminders. Details: Help.
